Our Story
Meet Conrad
With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Conrad has built his career around a passion for quality workmanship and honest customer service. He began his career with Mercedes-Benz, where he spent six years gaining invaluable experience working to manufacturer standards and developing specialist knowledge of European vehicles.
After Mercedes-Benz, Conrad moved into independent workshops, broadening his experience across a wide range of vehicle makes and models. He later managed a respected European specialist workshop for three years before taking the next step and opening Inner West Automotive.
Today, Conrad leads the team with the same values that have guided his career from the beginning—integrity, transparency and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. He believes every customer deserves clear communication, honest advice and repairs completed to the highest standard, without unnecessary upselling or surprises.
